Automate invoicing for your sales and refunds
When an order is created, updated or refunded, Finseed generates the matching invoice and declares it to the Agencia Tributaria. Credit notes are generated automatically on every refund, without you lifting a finger.
Ask for the NIF at checkout only when necessary
Asking every customer for their tax ID hurts conversion. Finseed only requests it when the law requires it, for example for business purchases or invoices above the legal threshold, without bothering anyone else.
Sell to the Canary Islands, the EU or the rest of the world with the correct taxes
Finseed detects each order's destination and applies the matching tax regime: VAT for mainland Spain, no VAT for the Canary Islands, OSS for the EU, or exemption for international sales.
