Common questions

When will I be required to issue invoices with Verifactu?

Companies resident in Spain will be required to issue invoices with Verifactu starting January 1st, 2026. Companies or freelancers who wish to do so may implement Verifactu before it becomes mandatory. We provide you with this article with more information.

What are the requirements to comply with the regulations?

The only requirements to comply with the regulations are: 1. Have billing software that is compatible and accredited by Verifactu. 2. Always deliver sales invoices to your customers. In this article we explain it in detail.

What happens if I don't comply with the regulations?

The non-compliance with the regulations entails fines of up to €50,000.

Are you a certified provider with Hacienda?

Yes. We are a certified provider as it is an essential requirement to offer our service. We comply with the requirements of the Anti-Fraud Law (11/2021 of July 9) and Royal Decree 1007/2023 of December 5, which establish the foundations for the certification of computer systems. Additionally, we have a regulatory compliance department to ensure that we comply with regulations both now and in the future.

In the case of e-commerce integrations, which payment providers are you compatible with?

We are compatible with all payment providers, as our application only links to your e-commerce platform, regardless of how the payment was made.

We capture your orders and once they reach a certain status (for example: "shipped" or "completed") we automatically issue the invoice.

In addition to automated invoices from orders, can I also create standalone invoices?

Yes, you can issue standalone invoices without needing to associate them with an order.

Can I try the product before purchasing?
